In our home, we try to avoid as much added sugar as we can. Awhile ago, we took sugar out of our diets and ever since then, anything with too much processed sugar tastes a little too sweet. Because of this, I’ve grown into a habit of making our own desserts or drinks and substituting pure cane sugar with either natural fruits, coconut sugar, or agave.
